We plan the layout and key elements, then move into creating the 3D render based on your space and requirements.

3D render

We produce visuals that show the design from key angles, so you can see how it will look and feel in the room.

Feedback & tweaks

You share your comments, and we refine the render until you’re happy with the overall look.

Build & installation

Once signed off, the same team who worked on your visual move the project into production and then onto site.

At Stage Set Productions, event design is where everything begins. Before anything is built, printed or installed, we design how your space will look, feel and function.

From private celebrations and luxury weddings to conferences, exhibitions and brand activations, we create event designs that connect every element into one considered environment. Stages, bars, counters, dance floors, scenic builds and branding are all planned together so the room feels intentional rather than assembled.

What we design

Event design is more than choosing colours or finishes. It is about shaping the full experience of the room.

We design with guest flow, sight lines, focal points and practical build considerations in mind. We think about how lighting interacts with surfaces, how branding sits within the space, and how the venue restrictions affect the layout.

Designed for print and production

Every project starts with understanding the purpose of the event, the audience, the venue layout and the running order. We look at the level of branding required and work within realistic budget parameters.

Some clients arrive with a fully formed concept. Others come with a few reference images and an idea of the mood they want to create. Either way, we shape a design that is practical, buildable and visually strong.

Integrated with in-house print

Because we design and build in-house, we do not create ideas that fall apart in production.

Your event design can include stage layouts, scenic concepts, bar and counter positioning, dance floor sizing, media wall placement, exhibition stand planning, entrance features and registration zones.

Everything is considered as one connected environment rather than separate items hired from different suppliers.

Supporting agencies and brand teams

Where needed, we create in-house 3D renders so you can see your event before it is built.

This helps you visualise the full space clearly, compare options, secure stakeholder sign off and move into production with confidence. Changes made at the design stage are far easier than changes made on site.
