Enquiry & brief

You share the occasion, date, venue and what you’d like the event to feel like. This can be a full brief or just a few ideas.

Ideas & proposal

We suggest options for bars, floors, stages, backdrops and stations, along with an outline proposal and budget.

Design

Once the direction is agreed, we finalise designs and layouts, making sure everything fits your venue and timings.

Build & prep

Our in-house team builds and prepares all elements in the workshop, ready for install.

Installation & de-rig

On the day, we install to an agreed schedule, then return after the event to take everything down with minimal disruption.
